Didn’t mean to offend anyone tbh.
So I’m so sorry if I did, I don’t hate Chinese people, pure-Chinese, etc, I don’t hate my bloodline either, it’s just that people expect so much, usually my Chinese teachers tell me, “You stupid kid, you have a Chinese blood and you don’t know how to speak and understand Chinese” oh geez I’m sorry I don’t know how to speak Chinese, I just grew up never speaking Chinese in our household, it’s super annoying how people can say that I’m so lucky that I have a Chinese blood and I will be successful in business, some Filipino-Chinese like me doesn’t really want to generalized like that, I know having a Chinese blood might be good (trust me, it has its perks as I said before) but the shit people say and the expectations are just. Ugh =_=
I know a lot of businesses are owned by Chinese businessmen, but I wanna be successful in my own terms, not because of “He has a Chinese blood, that’s why he got accepted. bla bla bla bla” So I’ve always considered myself a Filipino, because I was born and raised here in the Philippines.. And once again I’m not discriminating any race here, no matter what race you are, I find all of them wonderful, it’s just the things that comes with it are ugh, and the shit people say about you. =_=
